What is the garbage schedule

Mondays - Rumpke will collect household garbage and yard waste Thursdays - Rumpke will collect household garbage and recycling. Recycling containers must be wheeled to the curb.

Is there an HOA?

There is no HOA, and subsequently no HOA fees for the City of Riverwood.

Is Riverwood an actual city?

The City of Riverwood is it's own city. While the City of Indian Hill's does surround most of Riverwood, Riverwood is it's own entity.

The City of Riverwood is a part of LMPD's 5th division. However, the City of Riverwood retains a contract with a private police division, and patroled by actual police officers.

How is snow removal handled?

The City of Riverwood contracts out snow removal and salting of roads. We have priority status with our vendor, so snow plowing and salting often takes place in Riverwood before other surrounding neighborhoods.
